✈️ Thailand, South Korea, and Portugal: May brought us many kilometers of air travel and the opportunity to meet with clients, partners, and industry colleagues in person!

Whether in Asia or Europe, we’ve been traveling internationally over the past few weeks to discuss ongoing projects, assess market developments, and make new connections.

🚆 Buenos Aires isn't usually on our schedule. Last week, however, a German business delegation focused on railway technology took us exactly there.

A wonderful moment and one of those days when you find yourself wondering where the last few years have actually gone👏

Teamwork doesn’t just happen in the office, the workshop, or on the construction site. Sometimes it’s precisely those shared moments outside of the daily work routine that strengthen team spirit.

Over the past two months, our colleagues at Peters Stahlbau have made significant progress on the roof of the new maintenance facility. The truss installation is now in its final stages. The last of the truly impressive roof trusses is scheduled to be installed sometime next week 💪

A total of 12 containers were loaded for this project, with an impressive total weight of 193,320 kg.

Last Tuesday, the new superstructure of the Koblenzer Straße railroad overpass was successfully hoisted into place—a crucial step in the replacement of the more than 100-year-old structure.

In Mudersbach, we recently installed a new trough bridge at the Brachbach train station. Weighing 16.7 metric tons and measuring 4.6 x 4 x 1.3 meters, it is one of the smaller bridges of its kind. Nevertheless, transporting it from Emlichheim over the course of two nights was a logistical challenge due to numerous construction sites 🛣️.

We're thrilled that our colleagues have successfully completed the training in accordance with SCC Document 018 and that everyone passed the exam! 🥳

Last week, we successfully contributed to the renovation of the Bahnhofstraße railroad overpass. Three trough bridges, each 12 m long and with a lifting weight of approximately 65 to each, were transported to the construction site, lifted into place using a 650 to crane, and the bridge bearings were installed.

We successfully manufactured two trough bridges, including accessories, for db.infrago.

Together with @petersstahlbau and @petersarbeitsbuehnen, we are participating for the fourth time this year in the “Wish Tree” campaign organized by the Brückenschlag e.V. initiative in Emlichheim. The Christmas Wish Tree is a wonderful way to brighten the holiday season for children and families in need!
