Constructive service provision
- Preparation of static calculations for in-house steel construction
- Issue of internal construction drawings (main focus workshop drawings in 3D with Bocad, Tekla, AutoCAD and Inventor)
- Creation of internal supplementary plans (weld seam inspection plans, corrosion protection plans, ... etc.)
Production
- Workshop production of all types of steel structures with our own staff in our own production facility
- Crane capacities for the manufacture of bridge parts up to a single unit weight of 100 tons.
- Ongoing quality assurance through our own QA staff and our own welding engineer.

Corrosion protection
Corrosion protection is carried out in external companies. Therefore, we can offer you all types of corrosion protection:
- galvanizing
- Powder coating up to class C5M
- KTL-coating (length up to 15 m with an individual weight of max. 3 tons) with subsequent powder coating
- Automated wet coating in all corrosion protection classes
Transport and Assembly
- Transports with our own trucks so that a "just-in-time" delivery is guaranteed that means our trailers are loaded and parked at the site so that an assembly can be carried from the trailer.
- Heavy transports are carried out externally.
- Assembly with our own SCC-trained fitters.
